Privacy Policy
Don't Touch Red
Last updated: August 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wrong Button Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the mobile game Don't Touch Red (the "Game").
1. Information you provide
The Game allows you to choose an in-game player name. Please do not use your real name or include personal or sensitive information. The Game does not require you to provide an email address, phone number, or precise location.
2. Game progress and local data
Progress, settings, virtual currency, unlocked content, daily rewards, and similar gameplay information may be stored locally on your device. This information normally remains until you reset the Game, clear its data, or uninstall it.
3. Online services and leaderboards
The Game uses Unity Gaming Services, including anonymous Authentication and Leaderboards. These services may process an anonymous player identifier, your chosen player name, leaderboard scores, technical information, and data needed to operate, secure, and prevent abuse of online features.
Unity's privacy information is available at unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.
4. Advertising
The Game uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process:
- advertising identifiers;
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device, operating system, diagnostic, and performance information;
- advertisement impressions and interactions;
- consent choices and information used to prevent fraud and abuse.
Depending on your location and choices, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. Learn more at Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses data from partner apps.
5. Consent and privacy choices
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and manage advertising consent where required. You may accept, reject, or manage the available options. Where required, the Game also provides access to privacy options so you can review or change your choices later.
6. Why information is processed
Information is processed only where necessary to operate and maintain the Game, save progress and preferences, provide leaderboards, deliver and measure rewarded advertisements, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose errors, comply with legal obligations, and answer privacy or support requests.
7. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used by the Game, including Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform, Unity Gaming Services, and Google Play. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, the Game, or our services.
8. Data retention
Local information remains on your device until it is reset, cleared, or the Game is uninstalled. Leaderboard information and anonymous identifiers may be retained by Unity Gaming Services as necessary to provide and secure online features. Advertising and consent information is retained by Google according to its applicable policies and your choices.
9. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the Game. However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
10. Children's privacy
Don't Touch Red is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly request a child's real name, email address, phone number, precise location, or other direct contact information through the Game. Players should not enter personal information as their player name. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and, where applicable, remove it.
11. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards for international transfers under applicable law.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Because the Game primarily uses an anonymous player identifier, we may need your player name and identifier to locate associated data. Instructions for requesting deletion are available on our data deletion page.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published here with a revised “Last updated” date.
14. Contact
